After earning a Bachelor of arts/science at Gustavus Adolphus College, St Peter, MN, Ms. Olsen went on to receive a master’s of science degree, Family Nurse Practitioner, at the University of Utah College of Nursing. She is a member of the adjunct faculty of the University of Utah nurse practitioner students and is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Nancy Walker Mortensen, FNP, ANP, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University. At the University of Utah she earned a master’s degree specializing in the Adult Nurse Practicioner and Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialists programs. She holds dual certifications as an Adult Nurse Practicioner and as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Association.
Ms. Weber, PA-C, received her Physician Assistant training from the University of Utah. Ms. Weber holds certification with the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.
Whitman “Whit” Reed, PA-C, earned a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Jefferson College of Health Sciences, Roanoke, VA.
Shauna Olsen, NP, earned a master of nursing degree from Westminster College. She received her bachelor of science in nursing, graduating cum laude, from Westminster College in 2002.
Louise K. Tobey, PA-C, graduated with honors and received her Bachelor of Science degree In Clinical Laboratory Science from Weber State University in Ogden UT. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
Anita McDonald, NP, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Brigham Young University where she graduated cum laude. She worked as a Medical Oncology nurse for several years at Cottonwood Hospital and later at Intermountain Medical Center. She later received her master of science in Nursing at Brigham Young University. She is fluent in Spanish.
Ms. Lovell, PA-C, MHS, earned a bachelor of science in Journalism from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, NC and a master of health sciences in the Physician Assistant Program at Duke University School of Medicine, Durham, NC.
She has been a physician assistant in psychiatry, aids clinical research, pediatric neuro-oncology and oncology. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
Mr. Hanson, PA-C, graduated from the Utah Physician Assistant Program in 1988. He also has a bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management. He is a member of the Association of Physician Assistants in Oncology and maintains certification with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Deborah Hatch, PA-C, graduated with high honors and a BS in Health Sciences from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN where she went on to earn a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree.
Mr. Bolonesi, PA-C, earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton, CA. He graduated from the University of Washington Physician Assistant Program and has spent most of his career in oncology. He is board certified by the National Commission of Physician Assistants.
