Heidi Regenass, MD, received her medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City. She completed her surgical training at the Mayo Clinic, and a fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Utah and a Palliative Care Medicine fellowship at the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Regenass is double board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. She served as the Medical Director of Palliative Medicine at Banner Estella Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona, and developed the first outpatient Palliative Medicine Clinic for Intermountain Healthcare.
Jane E. MacPherson, MD, earned her medical degree at Michigan State University (MSU) in East Lansing, Michigan. She served as the Associate Director of Palliative Medicine for the Urban Central Region of Intermountain Healthcare in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dr. MacPherson is board certified in Family Medicine, Hospice and Palliative Medicine and board eligible in Medical Acupuncture. She is a contributing physician and consultant on palliative care issues for “Healing Conversations,” a nationally distributed cancer care educational program.
